Access Family Services offers a group health plan (PPO) through Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. This network offers an extensive choice of providers. By choosing in-network physicians, hospitals, and lab facilities, you will receive a higher level of coverage and reduce your out of pocket cost. If you choose to go out-of-network you will pay a higher portion of the claims, including the amount above the insurance carrier's negotiated rates,
Access Family Services provides dental coverage for its employees through MetLife. MetLife's Preferred Dental Program (PDP) Plus plan allows employees to choose from thousands of participating general dentists and specialist nationwide at a cost that is financially manageable for our employees and their family members.
Vision insurance is provided through EyeMed. The vision plan allows you to use the benefits in-network or out-of-network. However, staying in-network will save you money. Our vision plan offers a wide array of benefits including lens options or contacts.
Retirement Savings Plan (401k)
Access Family Services offers a 401K plan through Fidelity that enables employees to save for retirement. As well as retirement benefits, the plan provides certain benefits in the event of death, disability, or other termination of employment. The plan is for the exclusive benefit of eligible employees and their beneficiaries.
Company Provided Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
Access Family Services provides a $35,000 Basic Life and Accidental Dealth & Dismemberment insurance through Unum for all full-time eligible employees and pays 100% of the premium.
