EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM GUIDELINES

The following guidelines reflects Access Family Service’s goals in recruiting highly qualified candidates with the best experience which will help us to continue to provide the best services to our consumers.

We are always on the lookout for top talent. Our best resource for finding professional individuals to meet our commitment and to provide the best service to our consumers is “you”. We know that professional people know professional people and because of this we are looking to you to refer highly qualified candidates. One of the best features of the referral program is that there is no limit on the amount of referrals you may provide.

ELIGIBILITY

Referring Employee

Most active full-time and part-time employees are eligible to receive the bonus. You MUST be an active employee when the referral bonus is paid. The following people are not eligible to receive a bonus for a referral:

  • Staff at the Director level or above.
  • Recruiting and Human Resources employees.
  • Managers/supervisors responsible for managing the position.
  • Interns, vendors, contactors/consultants.

Referred Candidates

  • Must start within 2 months of referral.
  • Cannot be working at the company in the capacity of temporary hire, contract hire, working on an as needs basis, intern or working on a time-limited project.
  • Must complete the 90-day probationary period.

Bonus Amounts

Eligible employees will be paid in accordance with the following types of referrals:

  • Full Time Employment $400.00

Payment

When a referred candidate is hired the associate responsible for the hire will be paid an initial $200 on the second pay period following the referred candidate’s date of hire. Once the referred candidate completes 90 days of active employment, the remainder of the bonus will be paid to the referring employee on the pay period following the completion of the 90 days.

Process

Complete the Employee Referral Form and e-mail it to the HUman Resources Department.  The candidate will be contacted to confirm receipt.
